Tenant Service Requests

Colliers is here to make your work environment as productive and pleasant as possible. Please notify the Building Management Office through the Tenant Center of any issues in order to help us achieve our goal in a timely fashion.

Service Guarantee

A Building Management employee will respond within 1 business day of any service request. If an immediate resolution is not possible, the request will be investigated and an explanation of how and when we propose to satisfy the service call will be provided.

Tenant Center

The Tenant Coordinator or authorized Tenant Center users should place all service requests through 360Facility. Routine maintenance services are provided weekdays from 7:00 AM through 5:30 PM. In the event of an emergency, call the Building Management Office at (847) 597-2350 and then follow-up by submitting a service request through the Tenant Center. Service after hours, on holidays or the weekend should be requested by calling Parkway North Security at (847) 597-2383.

Routine Maintenance Service Calls Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • replacing light bulbs or tubes (additional charge)
  • emptying trash gondolas or bins filled after night crew emptied (additional charge)
  • adjusting temperature (additional charge if outside temperature range stipulated in Lease)
  • installing nonstandard lighting provided by the tenant (additional charge)
  • opening mechanical and telephone rooms for your service companies (additional charge)
  • diagnosis and repairing building system problems you have observed, such as: leaking water, cracked windows, unusual smells or sounds, etc.
  • providing additional keys/access cards (additional charge)
  • hanging pictures (additional charge)

Please do not give service requests directly to building engineers or security; all service requests must go through 360Facility in order to ensure that they are correctly tracked and dispatched.

Certain requests are beyond routine and require extra time and materials. As indicated above, these requests are provided at an additional cost. Fees for these requests will be billed monthly and will include labor, materials and a 15% Service and Administrative Fee. See the Facility Rental Rates/Other Charges for a list of all charges.

Emergency Maintenance and Janitorial Service

Colliers provides 24-hour emergency telephone coverage and on-site security service at Parkway North Center. Our staff is on-call to respond to your needs. For emergency maintenance and janitorial service after hours, please call Parkway North Security at (847) 597-2383. Labor charges may apply.
