Please read below for the policy regarding overnight parking at Parkway North Center:

• Please have your Tenant Representative notify the management office via a 360Facility work order and include the following information:
  • Employee name & contact information
  • Vehicle make, model & license plate number
  • Location where the vehicle will be parked. Note: Overnight parking for the 3 Parkway North garage is allowed on the 2nd level or above unless the employee has a reserved parking space
  • Length of time the vehicle will be parked overnight. Requests will be granted for 10 business days. Should additional time be needed, please contact the management office.
• Requests should be submitted Monday through Friday as the management office is not open on weekends. If submitting on a Friday, please complete the request by 12 noon.
• If the parking location noted on the request is scheduled for maintenance, the management staff will direct the employee to an alternate location.
