All furnishings and equipment must be delivered through the dock entrance and utilize the freight elevator.
All carts must have pneumatic or semi-pneumatic wheels. Routine deliveries will be accepted between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. See the Deliveries section of this handbook for scheduling and time constraints for large and small non-routine deliveries. Protective covering, such as masonite, must cover your entire route through the building, all walls and fixtures must be protected with cardboard corner guards. The elevator must have protective padding on the walls and masonite on the floor. Colliers will provide the padding for the elevators but will not provide masonite for the floors.
