The Wintergarden at Three Parkway North is available year-round on a first-come-first-serve basis for private Tenant events. This space is the seating area for the cafeteria so events cannot be scheduled between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Tenants have used this space for office parties, large meetings, etc. See Facility Rental Rates/Other Charges for rental rates and other service charges.

To reserve a date for your company's function, please submit a 360Facility request and complete and submit the Building Facility Use Request Form (See Building Services section of this handbook) to the Building Management Office.
