The safety of our tenants is of primary importance to Colliers. By providing you with emergency preparation information and sharing the information with your co-workers, we can efficiently and successfully handle emergencies when they arise.

Authority

The ultimate responsibility for the implementation of the emergency plan lies with the Deerfield Fire Department. However, the Tenant Fire Life Safety Coordinator, Fire Wardens and Alternate Fire Wardens in conjunction with the Building Management Team will be responsible for specific actions outlined in this document.

Media and Public Relations

In the event of an emergency, we request that only the General Manager speak with the media.
