HVAC and After Hours HVAC

We want all of our tenants to be comfortable. If, however, you experience temperature control problems within your suite, Tenant Coordinators and authorized Tenant Center users should first submit a service request and, if the issue is not resolved, contact the Building Management Office at (847) 597-2350. We will strive to resolve the situation or offer an explanation as quickly as possible.

Normal HVAC hours are identified in your lease, and are usually:

For After Hours, Weekends, or Holiday HVAC:

Requests for after-hours HVAC must be submitted through 360Facility with no less than 24 hours notice.

There is an additional charge for supplementary HVAC for each fan unit operated per hour. There may be an extra hour charge for a warm up period, if needed. If more than one tenant requests service at the same time in the same area, a prorated charge will apply. All requests must specify the exact hours and dates services are needed.
