As noted in the Insurance provision of your Lease Agreement, Colliers International must have a copy of your certificate of insurance as verification of required coverage. The certificate of insurance must show:
- Commercial General, Auto, Worker’s Compensation, Umbrella and Property Liability Coverage limits and provisions per your lease.

Upon expiration of your certificate of insurance, a new one must be sent to the address above.
Vendor Insurance Requirements
As noted in the Insurance provision of your Lease Agreement, Colliers International must have a copy of a Certificate of Insurance as verification of required coverage for ALL VENDORS who provide services in your building. If any policy expires during the term of this contract, it shall be automatically renewed and a new Certificate of Insurance shall be sent immediately to the Building Management Office. The certificate must show:

Waiver of Subrogation: Contractor waives its rights of subrogation and contractor will require all insurance policies to be endorsed to provide that the insurance company waives all rights of recovery by way of subrogation against Colliers International, Building Owner, and any other party specified by Owner at any time from time to time, in connection with any matter covered by such policy.
Certificates should state the following limits of coverage:

NOTE: Based on type of service provided, umbrella liability coverage may vary and additional types of coverage may be required (pollution liability, errors and omissions, garage keepers, etc. These will be specified in an contract terms.

- Carpentry
- HVAC
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Moving
