Trash Removal

Our cleaning crew will dispose of all materials in trash/recycling receptacles on a nightly basis.

If you need to dispose of boxes or large items that do not fit into waste receptacles, please utilize the orange “Throw Away” stickers available from our cleaning crew. Only items with these stickers on them, if outside of waste/recycling receptacles, will be removed by the night cleaning crew. Please submit a service request through 360Facility to request a roll of these stickers.

If you need to dispose of a large amount of waste or recycling, large wheeled dumpsters are available for your use. These will be delivered to your space upon request and removed and emptied by the night crew that evening. Dumpsters can be requested by submitting a service request through 360Facility. See the Facility Rental Rate/Other Charges for dumpster fee.

Recycling Program

By actively participating in a recycling program, we can work as a team to help our environment together. Colliers has a very successful recycling program at Parkway North Center. Through a professional recycling contractor we are participating in a single-stream recycling program. Each employee is provided with a blue desk-side container. The recycled material is collected each night by our cleaning contractor.

The following details what should and should not be placed in the blue desk-side containers:

• Steel & Tin Cans
• Pie Tins
• Aluminum Foil
• Glass Bottles & Jars
  (All Colors)
• Plastic Bottles
  (Soda, Milk, Juice, Food, etc.)
• Plastic Food Containers
  (Yogurt, Margarine, etc.)

DO NOT Recycle

• Hanging File Folders
• Paper Clips & Binder Clips
• Photographs
• Paper or Styrofoam Cups
• Food Wrappers
• Lunch Bags
• Bubble or Shrink Wrap
• Styrofoam Packing

NOTE: If nearly empty, plastic food containers can be recycled.
