Deliveries

Routine Deliveries

All deliveries from UPS, FedEx, messenger services, caterers, office supply providers etc., should be made directly to your suite or designated service area. All deliveries must go through the loading dock of your building and use the freight elevator.

See below for Parkway North Center courier drop box locations and final pick-up times for Monday through Friday. Always deposit any items to be mailed/delivered within the drop box. Holiday pickup schedules differ; please check the drop box for any changes.

To protect your business items, the Security Officers cannot accept mail or packages for pick-up or delivery at the lobby consoles. Please make arrangements to have couriers pick up items at your suite.

Non-Routine Deliveries

Non-Routine Large Deliveries

All non-routine, large deliveries (furniture, appliances, etc.) must be scheduled with the Building Management Office at (847) 597-2350.

All large deliveries must be scheduled for after building hours or weekends. This is 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and any time on the weekends.

Non-Routine Small Deliveries

All non-routine small deliveries (one appliance, a few office furniture items, copiers, etc.) must be scheduled with the Building Management Office at (847) 597-2350.

Small deliveries can be scheduled during business hours between the following times; 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Delivery Regulations

The Building Management Office must have a certificate of insurance on file for all delivery companies that complies with the requirements specified in the Lease. (See the Vendor Insurance Requirements section of this handbook for more information).

All deliveries must go through the loading dock of your building.

All furnishings and equipment must be delivered through the freight elevator. All carts must have pneumatic or semi-pneumatic wheels. Protective covering, such as masonite, must cover your entire route through the building and all walls and fixtures must be protected with cardboard corner guards. The elevator must have protective padding on the walls and masonite on the floor. Colliers will provide the padding for the elevators but will not provide masonite for the floors. Any damage to the building caused by the delivery process will be the responsibility of the tenant.

All empty boxes, pallets and packaging materials should be removed from the premises.

After the delivery is complete, all protective materials must be removed.

Colliers reserves the right to interrupt the delivery at any time if the above rules are violated.
