If you should have any type of chemical spill inside your space, notify the Building Management Office (847) 597-2350) immediately and quickly evacuate the affected area. Colliers personnel will investigate and make the decision whether or not to evacuate the building.

Anyone who has knowledge of how the accident occurred and/or information about the chemical involved should immediately locate a Colliers staff member. A description of what happened, where, when and the type of product(s) spilled will be extremely valuable.

Only when the environmental hazard is removed will the building be re-occupied.

Please note that all tenants are responsible for keeping a file of, and supplying Colliers with, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any and all chemicals used or stored inside the buildings by the company's employees or contractors.
