Janitorial Services

Janitorial services are provided by an outside professional janitorial service contractor. Your suite will be cleaned every Monday through Friday after 6:00 PM. No cleaning will be provided on holidays. Please see your lease for a complete list of the cleaning services that will be performed.

If you are in need of special cleaning services, please submit your request through 360Facility. Through our contractor, we can provide refrigerator cleaning, dish washing, carpet cleaning, extra cleaning for special events and other services at a reasonable fee. Special cleaning service charges will be billed to you by Colliers.

If regular ongoing maintenance items are needed, please contact the Building Management Office at (847) 597-2350.

If you require an emergency cleaning of some type during the day (i.e. spilled coffee, etc.) please submit your request through 360Facility.

Window Cleaning

The exterior window surfaces are cleaned four (4) times per year; interior window surfaces are cleaned twice (2) per year. Your Tenant Coordinator will receive a memorandum before the scheduled date of each interior cleaning to allow sufficient time for your staff to move personal items (i.e., books, papers, photos) from the window sills. This provides the window cleaners easy access to the window surfaces to accomplish their tasks with minimal disruption.
