Building Management provides a security officer on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week at Parkway North Center. The personnel is situated at the Three Parkway North lobby security console.

When the Building Management Office is closed, the security staff on duty will answer the phones and can assist you with your questions and/or requests. In addition, the officers are available to escort individuals through the parking lots at night, greet visitors, provide directions, and assist with deliveries. Security, management and engineering personnel are provided with two-way radios for constant communication.

All entrances to Three, Six, and Nine Parkway North are under continuous surveillance by CCTV cameras and monitored by security officers at the Three Parkway North lobby console. The loading docks are also monitored by CCTV cameras. Stairwell doors are equipped with computerized electronic switches, which will allow them to automatically unlock in the event of a building emergency.

An electronic access control system limits entry to cardkey holders after building hours. Colliers monitors and maintains this system.

When requesting an access card, you must provide the name of the individual who will be using the card. If access card programming is needed, please submit a service request.
