New Tenant Information & Forms

We at Colliers are excited to have you as one of our tenants. This section of the Tenant Handbook will assist you in transitioning your office to Parkway North Center.

A quick checklist of items to remember, forms to fill out, and documents to get together as you transition to Parkway North Center follows.

Forms can also be found in the Building Services section of this handbook.

Tenant Contacts

To promote efficient communication, we recommend coordinating communication through a few key people within your organization. We ask that each of our tenants assign the following positions:

Tenant Coordinator

One person from your office should serve as the contact person for Colliers. All information, correspondence and notices will be sent to your Tenant Coordinator to distribute as necessary; likewise, any information that your company needs to share with Colliers should come through the Tenant Coordinator. All service requests should be logged into the Electronic Tenant Solutions application by the Tenant Coordinator or other authorized users. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the Tenant Coordinator will act as the Fire and Life Safety liaison (Fire Life Safety Coordinator) between Colliers and your employees. The Tenant Coordinator should be easily accessible and on-site. Please note the contact information for the Tenant Coordinator on the Tenant Contact Information Form.

Emergency Contacts

Colliers will need at least two (2) Emergency Contacts for your company. Security and the Management Office will retain this information for after-hours emergency situations. The Emergency Contacts should be people who have the authority to make decisions in the event of an emergency. Please note the tenant contact form in the Forms and Document section of the portal.

Billing Contact/Lease Administrator

Colliers will need a contact person within your company for billing related issues as well as the address where statements can be emailed, if different than your on-site office. Colliers will also need a contact person for lease administration issues. Please note both of these contacts on the Tenant Contact Information Form.

360Facility Work Order System

360Facility is a web enabled application providing tenants the ability to submit service requests to the Management, Engineering, Security and Janitorial staff located on site at Three Parkway North.  Anyone employee granted access to 360Facility should have authority to approve any requests that are billable.

Fire Wardens

A Fire Warden and Alternate Fire Warden should be assigned by the Tenant Coordinator (Fire Life Safety Coordinator) for every twenty-five (25) people. The Fire Wardens will provide leadership during emergencies, and help promote communication of emergency procedures. Our Security Director will set up an appointment with the Fire Life Safety Coordinator shortly after your move in date to discuss our evacuation procedures.
