Parkway North Center buildings will be closed on the holidays listed below. Although members of the security staff are always on duty (24 hours a day, seven days a week); engineering staff are on-call for emergency services on building holidays.
The following services will be available on building holidays:
- Scheduled and prearranged after-hours HVAC on an overtime basis.
- Emergency maintenance and janitorial services provided through the Building Management Office by calling Parkway North Security at (847) 597-2383.
- Prearranged janitorial services for an additional charge.
Observed holidays are:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
If your office will be open on any of the holidays mentioned above, please input a service request to make arrangements for your HVAC needs.
During the month of December, Colliers will request from the Tenant Coordinator a list of your company’s holidays for the next year. By having the holiday schedules for each of our tenants, we are able to finalize the holiday schedule for the Building Management Office.
