Key, Locks & Access Cards

At the time of move-in tenants are provided two (2) keys for each lock in their office space and the appropriate number of access cards for the suite entrances. Suite access cards can also be programmed for after-hours access to the exterior building doors. Tenants are not permitted to install their own primary locks or any supplemental locks. Lock changes and additional keys may be obtained from the Building Management Office at an additional charge to the tenant. At termination of the lease, tenants must return all keys and/or access cards to the Building Management Office.

Prior to move-in, tenants are required to provide the Building Management Office with the completed Key/ Access Card Request Form which can be found in the Building Services section of this handbook.

Each company is assigned a mailbox to receive U.S. mail deliveries; you will receive the keys to this box upon move-in.

If your access card is lost or stolen please contact your Tenant Coordinator for your company’s specified procedure to obtain a new one.
